I've decided that I will be installing an FP Red turbo with a Haltech Elite 1500 for the ECU. I will be rewiring the whole car, from scratch and moving the battery, fuse box and whatever else I can into the trunk to clear up the engine bay. The AWD swap seems to be straight forward, exactly the same as converting a Spyder or GS to an AWD.

I will have the head and block ported, polished and decked. I plan on running the OEM crankshaft if it turns out the current one is still within spec. I have not made up my mind on pistons, likely 9.0:1 compression with a .020(1mm?) bore. I have my mind set on a 272 camshaft with possibly beehive springs or whatever applicable spring upgrade. I've not researched valves and if they need to be upgraded or not but the ones that came with my extra head look to be in superb condition.

I would like to go for 18" wheels though just a regular brake setup, likely a whole set(brakes, calipers, rotors) from Power Stop.

Ultimately I plan on having a build that results in 400-450hp if I can. Something that allows me to get max HP out of stock crank.

I know many people wonder why I'd do this swap when I have a really excellent condition GSX. I am going it for my wife. She loves her Sebring, it is her first car and I want to do it to make her happy. She loves cars and the idea of her car pushing 400hp made her as happy as winning the lottery. So please, no telling me I shouldn't do it, etc.

Any constructive constructive criticism is welcome though as this is my first dip into the DSM world.

    Thanks!
