- Late October of 2018 I was awake in bed looking through marketplace on FB. I had an itch to look for a DSM because i have always wanted one sense high school. I found one that was within my budget and not a far off distance. Was posted for $1800, but not even looking at it i offered $1500, because it had some of the things i was looking for already. Silver exterior, black leather interior, 5 speed trans, and looked stock over all. I call my brother at about 2 in the morning and asked if he would be willing to help me( I dont have a truck or car hauler ) and to my surprise he said yes. After we got to the location we was greeted by a guy no older than 18. Said he got the car from his dad and it has not ran for as long as he remembers, but the car was in a garage, covered with a tarp, and the motor did spin. So i gave the man the money and got the title. I plan to make this car a daily driver, but i also want to have fun with it. I'm not big into stance or am i big into XXXX HP 6 second 1/4 times, i just want a nice looking and driving DSM. Looking for any tips on where to even start, i have 2 toddlers and a full time job working anywhere from 50 to 60 hours a week sometimes more. I'm more than a busy person, but this is going to be a long term project. Anything you have to say would be helpful as this is my first DSM.
