- Engine has been replaced. The new one has:
Gutted Muffler, NGK sparkplug, governor delete, GoPowersports performance air filter and valve lifters/springs. (basically a stage 2 build)
I moved the engine farther away from the upper drive shaft so the clutch is much tighter. This greatly increased reaction time and acceleration. I run 10w-30 full synthetic Royal Purple with an octane booster + ethanol free mix.
- Mods-EMS & Logging:
- I bent the stock 42" shaft so I replaced it with a 45" to get a wider side-to-side wheels distance.
- Super tight steering linkage, added front springs, MFG brakes, I replaced the knobby tires with turf tires for a much smoother ride at high speeds.
