    Background:
    My brother bought this car like 6 years ago and drove it till it started having problems. He and his mechanic would say it was running on 2 cylinders, so they took off the msd ignition, replaced the coil pack, and who knows what else. I think it was just a vacuum leak or something simpler cause the problem was never fixed. The BOV was not recirculated and there wasn't a GM maf or Speed Density installed. He eventually gave me the car, and I had planned on selling it until I realized that it wouldn't be too much trouble to fix. Boy was I wrong... So now, I'm just doing all the maintenance and trying to get it back to a driveable state.
    It was overheating so I replaced all the cooling components. I might need to add a driver's side fan cause it only has the stock passenger fan.
    I tried to start it and I blew a driver in the ECU due (I hope) to a bad ISC/IAC. I bought a new one from rockauto. I have another ECU but I'm not gonna try to start it until I've checked EVERYTHING.

    I hooked up a battery and my dash lights are super dim, and my seat wont move up. When I open the truck, the light comes on and the "door open" light turns on full blast. It wont turn on when my front doors are open.

    I'm about to install this stuff:
    Aeromotive FPR
    Fuelab filter and SS hose to rail
    New oils/fluids all around
    New ground wires
