Walbro 255 HP in tank re-wired, -8 ss feed from pump with bulkhead fitting on sending unit, Aeromotive 10 micron in-line filter, Aeromotive AFPR w/ stainless fuel rated 100 PSI gauge, FIC -10 rail and 850's, Fluidampner, Custom keyed balance shaft pulley delete bushing, DKS 272/272 cams, 3" turbo back exhaust, 26 x 12 x 3 FMIC core. Turbonetics T3 60-1 Hi-Fi with stage 3 .63 a/r turbine, Tubular SS T3 manifold w/ Tial 38mm external dump wastegate ALL ceramic coated. Fidanza adjustable cam gears, GReady timing belt, Magnus race sheet metal intake, Magnus phenolic heat barrier intake gasket, 63mm bored TB w/ half shaft, all emissions removed and blocked. Stock modded BOV (for now). Full 316L stainless 2.50" OD inter cooler piping welded and blended into two pieces, Mishimoto Aluminum Radia
Ross pistons .020" over with torque plate hone, Crank mains line honed, Block deck re-surfaced, Magna-fluxed, Eagle rods, ARP everything, BS elimination. Titian ICS copper head gasket, Manley titanium retianers-keepers-valve springs, Stainless valves w/ 3-angle job, mild port work, resurfaced head, 10mm exhaust manifold studs, bronze guides, 3G lifters. New oil pump, water pump, front cover and ALL bearings. Entire rotating assembly including flywheel and pressure plate balanced with zeros across the board, at 10k RPM.
Mods-EMS & Logging
DSMLink V2.5 w/ 3" GM Blow Through MAF and MAFT. Custom electronic Boost controller with full PID control. Custom prototype Wideband with spoofed narrow band output, and logged wide band output through DSMLink. Aux Fuel pressure, IAT and MAP logged through DSMLink. Battery re-located to trunk with 250 Amp breakers on both +12 and Ground, with -00 gauge wire to a sealed junction box in the bay routed through the frame rail with grommets. TRE stage 3 trans, SS scattershield, full stainless clutch line, chromally Fidanza front axles, SBR 3500 clutch, Fidanza aluminum flywheel, custom stainless spherical rod eyes for a stiffer shifter cable linkage, Ball bearings pressed into shift linkage at trans mount.
Suspension techniques front supplementary sway bar and rear replacement bar. All new ball joints, tie rod ends and end links. Polyurethane engine, tranny and body mounts EVERYWHERE! Custom machined aluminum press-fit rear sub-frame bushings. Ingalls camber kit front and rear replacement control arms. Eibach sport springs and ebay adjustable sleeves.
Parts Wishlist
Quality coilovers, 3KGT brake upgrade. FFWD Butcher crank done on an Eagle 2.2L crank. Gorden aluminum rods, direct port nitrous and a Holset HX40 in a .76 T3 V-Band BEP housing, Dual Bosch 044 pumps in parallel with a -12 feed and sump.. I could go on all day long!
