- SAFC which does nothing, Fairly awesome stereo considering I didn't ever actually spend 1 penny on it and it rips my face off with Pink Floyd and Phish all day every day, 2 1/2" Midas-special custom turbo-back w/ Thrush Turbo muffler ($25 at advance auto!), ported 2G ex manifold, Joe-P MBC purchased from Ludachris himself!. I bought the car with so much junk on it. I've actually un-modified it like you wouldn't believe since I bought it. It had a bungie-cord for a battery hold-down when I got it home. It was bad. Now it's a useable mode of transportation with a touch of under-stated class. Very understated! Also, the glowshift boost-gauge went in the trash. It was replaced with an SPI unit that has orange back-lighting to match the stock gauges, which is wired into the stock dimmer
- Mods-Engine
- I think it's all stock in there. 15 3G lifters and 1 2G lifter. A 14b from a '90 TSi at the junkyard. Ya know, the usual stuff. Lots of zip-ties.
- Mods-EMS & Logging
- Palm IIIc w/ MMcD, I also got TMO on a laptop. The SAFC isn't really necessary right now w/ stock MAF & injectors, but it seems like too much fuss to remove it.
- Mods-Drivetrain
- I'm currently sporting the last axles that were on my '93 GS when it got totaled and I drove it to the junk-yard and signed over the title for a cool Franklin. Prothane front control-arm bushings in the glovebox. Really. They're doing good work in there.
- Mods-Handling
- The prothanes are in the glovebox. I have more in cabinets and on shelves in the garage. I use name brand tires (Michelins on the 92 DD, Goodyears on the 94), I maintain my brakes like a meth-head with no other responsibilities: Keep them pins and pads sliding free!
- Parts Wishlist
- A new hood without silly duct vents cut into it. S16g, strut bar, a sixth speaker (sub), paint?
