- Background
- 1996 GST Bought new in 96. Started modifying it soon after and it became a fun/show car. Always garage kept. Put it up on stands in 2003 with 33k miles on the clock to do an AWD swap and it has been there ever since. The plan is to build the engine most likely a 2.3L strong enough to take whatever I throw at it. The EVO3 transmission, 2G transfer case and rear differential will receive proper treatment to support the HP. DSS axles and driveshaft will help put the power to the ground. Waiting on Volk rear subframe, FIBA front subframe and front upper arms. At that point both subframes along with VOLK and FIBA suspension pieces will be installed. A Vamos fuel tank will be installed along with -8AN feed and -6AN return lines in conjuction with proper fuel pump and injectors.
