Fidanza aluminum flywheel. Excedy OEM spec clutch.
    Parts Wishlist:
convertible top. fog lamp assemblies. different FMIC piping. Real Greddy BOV. Eventually engine internals.
    Background:
Previously owned a 420a car, liked the styling but did not like non turbo & auto. Recently purchased this 97 spyder gst. unfortunately the "mechanics" that owned her screwed with a bunch of components throughout the whole car. fresh clutch & flywheel when purchased, had put less than 100 miles on it before i had to pull tranny myself. While pulling tranny, multiple mounting bolts were missing, also found dowel pins between bell housing & engine to be missing. due to this, the tranny to torque, causing excessive jerking of vehicle in reverse, first & when attempting to engine brake; ultimately leading to the trashing of the flywheel. got that all taken care of then found shift cables seem to be stretched from the excessive tranny torquing, thus not allowing shifter to engage in reverse or 5th without removing cables from shifter & manipulating cable positions manually. has all kinds of hacked wiring, leaking p/s rack (replacement on the way). Multiple Maintenance items that were/are in need of replacement.

Goals?.. Well my first goal is to get all the maintenance things done. then i would like to invest in ECMlink. I would like to build her up for some good HP (i've still got much research to do as far as how much HP i want to do.). Ultimately, would like to make a nice looking sleeper. repaint the exterior, re-do interior, just get 'er back to 'er prime!....looks wise anyway, hope to exceed its prime performance wise.
