- The guy I bought it from had the 92 talon the engine is from. He sold the car and 6 months later got a call to come get it out of impound because the new owner never titled it correctly. So he took it out and put it in a 96 gsx shell he had. He said he realized he just doesn’t have the time, and I was able to get it from him for what I think is a steal. My goal is the get it built for time attack, hoping for around 450whp when I’m done. Maybe more down the road. Going to start with replacing the internals with forged parts and go from there. Most importantly I just want to have fun doing something I’ve always loved to do.
