- Bought the car as a turbo project for $500 from a friend. Engine was rebuild 40k miles ago. Running real rough and you could visibly see on the fuel gauge going through a half tank of gas going 50 on the highway for 20 miles... I was getting a few codes for check engine light but the light was "Supposedly" burnt out. Replaced my CPS and IAC then no more CEL codes but still has rough idle. Thanks to a laptop with a ODB cable I was able to diagnose(with the very friendly help of you guys!) that the upstream O2 was shot and replaced it. Ran great afterwards. Unfortunately the transmission had no 5th gear... Goals are to make it a daily turbo'd driver with around 250-350 hp
