- I bought a shell in 2005 after seeing Sport Compact Car Magazine do the Ultimate Street Car Challenge with a blue 510. I spent 12 years of gathering parts, tools, knowledge, and garage space to build the car myself. The car was first registered May 9, 2017. I've put more than 20k miles of street, autocross, and road course driving. Many more to come.
