- bought this Eclipse In March of 2021. My first car was a 2002 eclipse, and have always wanted one of these later models. my plan is to daily drive the car/ weekend car and fix Issues before I heavily modify it. When I bought the car it had a misfire issue in cly.2 , that was fixed. then i rebuild the original turbo, due to it being loose. one last problem I am currently figuring out is in the drivetrain, somewhere along the CV axles or the main drivetrain, there is a wobble/ rubbing occurring. In the end I want it to be a track car/Sunday driver. already much better than my old eclipse, even if its not manual.
