- Background:
- I bought this car for $996.69 at a local junkyard my senior year of high school. At the time (and to this day) wanted an evo 8 or 9, but I decided to look at this car knowing it was a 4g63t powered, all wheel drive car. The car initially came without a key, upper intercooler piping, or bov. The 6 bolt swap, greddy fmic, and pretty much everything else besides the injen intake were already on the car. It was pretty interesting going working on a car without having any sort of experience prior, and it took a few months to get it to start. Once it was running, I learned to drive manual in it and have driven it ever since. This car will forever be in my possession, no matter what. I plan on making this a daily street car pushing as close to 450-500whp as I can get. I plan on building a 2g head to run with e85, but college is expensive. I have a lot of parts collected that still need to be installed such as dsmlink v3, carbonetics abv2 hood, various gauges, aem adjustable cam gears, unknown size cams, stainless 3in o2 housing...
