- Bought from my cousin about 2 years ago, he said it needed an Ignition Coil but I replaced that and it still would not run. I am looking at timing and the ignition control module at the moment. The reason I still don't have it running is because I had another vehicle at the time being, but I no longer have it. So was looking for any information on what could be wrong with my 98 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS
