Bought the car in June, blew up cylinder 4's rod bearing in July since there was a Hyundai Accent's oil dipstick in my engine and I didn't knew .... Found another engine for 300$ but didn't had a proud that it was in working condition. Decided to xgive it a try. Bought it, brought it home and opened it. Changed every bearings and Gaskets, transfered the ARP Headstuds from my other engine to the "new" one. Put everything back together and know have to figure out the smaller issues that the car already had, before the engine blew up (what seems to be misfires at 15psi of boost, P1104 and P1105 check engines). Also, my car almost sounds like if it had cams, but my cams are OEM, so I don't know what is causing that... Might be related to my misfires at 15psi boost....
My goal is to swap it manual. I already have a donor car that has really bad rust issues. It doesn't have a floor on driver side. The only thing I am missing, would be a clutch, flywheel and the CV axles from a manual.
Eventually, I'd also like bring it to 320-350hp, just to make it a fun summer car
