    Were looking at two dms non turbo 2.0s one is good running the other might have a bent valve but whatever the case is I'm looking to build a steetable racecar out of one of these but I need all of your help and suggestions iv never built an import I'm an American muscle car lover but I love the DMS cars with that said I'm a new bee I'm willing to put some money into this thing even though it might make more cents to drop a 5.3 in one of these and rear wheel drive it and have 350 horse stock then to hybridize a 2.4 with the 2.0 head am I wrong just take me a hell of alot time cutting rerouting and modifying everything but yet save me 5k too 8k in a full motor job on a 2.0 2.4 motor I'm going to be building this 2.0 regardless I just know my way around Silverado a bit and figured if I could pick up something like that and save me a butt load of money especially since I going to be racing it but then again keeping it all Mitsubishi and staying true to what it Is would satisfy the traditionalists

    Idk how many people are hip to this but the Chrysler Sebring is a very similar car and parts interchange quite well, that being said the block on a Chrysler Sebring can be found at any junkyard and the Block has stock forged internals. (Correct me if im wrong) but from what i was told by a fellow Dsm'er back in 2010 he got a sebring block from a junkyard for the 420a application and used the block, bolted the 2.4 head to it and turbo'd it. Check part numbers and you can figure out details. i'll look back into it and comment back to this in a few days have a busy week ahead but i was highly interested in doing this build to see what kinda power can be put down with that mostly stock application. i would love to hear anyone else's knowledge behind the truthfullness of this. When i looked into it back then since i had a 1996 Talon N/A i was very interested in this as an option. Makes for a cost effective build. Looking forward to further convo on this subject.

    Would the head of the 96 2.0 still go on the 2001 2.4 block or would this not do me any good
