- Mods-Bolt-on
- TDO6H -20G bolted to the factory manifold, VRSF short route front mount intercooler, Thermal R&D turbo back exhaust w/test pipe, running speed density, 660 injectors, Walbro 255LPH pump with rewire and upgraded 8AN fuel supply from tank with an AFPR. 10mm plug wires (was a gift) K&N cone filter intake, catch can, Tial BOV (to atmosphere), Tial external wastegate plumbed back to exhaust, 93-94 CAS (converted with RRE harness), battery relocated to the trunk. A/C removed.
- Mods-Engine
- 7 bolt engine with all factory internals and a Fluidamper harmonic damper.
- Mods-EMS & Logging
- AEM EMS Series 1, AEM wideband sensor with controller, 30psig boost gauge and Pyrometer up to 1600°F
- Mods-Drivetrain
- The only thing not stock here is the clutch; not sure of the brand but it is a ceramic disc clutch (so I’m told). It’s a bit heavy but clamps like a champ.
- Mods-Handling
- Poly bushings all around except motor mounts.
- Parts Wishlist
- I wouldn’t mind getting a set of reputable coilovers for the car, such as Feal Suspension. Maybe some stiffer anti-roll bars too. I have a Jay Racing alternator relocation kit I’d like to implement but my damn alternator bolt is seized in. Also have an Apexi boost controller that isn’t hooked up but I think I may wire in the solenoid directly to the ECU. The software should be able to run it through the factory BCS wiring.
- Background
- Bought the car not running in 2013. The car was undergoing too many mods at the same time and I believe it overwhelmed the previous owner. Got it all figured out, brought it to a tuning shop where they ironed out a few issues and got it tuned (not great but good enough). Like to make 300-400whp with it some day, I believe most if not all of the supporting mods are capable of it.
