When I put in my first zero mile engine I replaced everything I could since the car already had 130k on it. For example: new alternator, starter things like that.
 
You are going to get tons of different answers for that question. It’s a highly debated topic if you begin to research it.

Some say baby it for so many miles. Some say a variety of driving condition for so many miles.

Personally I prefer the motoman break in method. Give it a good read.

It would be worth talking to whoever built the engine (if it wasn’t you) to see what they recommend.
 
Like dsmcrzy said, you'll get ten different answers for ten different people you ask about break-in procedures. I posted this link in another thread just now, which details Corbin's rebuild and break-in steps. FWIW, I followed his suggestions:
