cxracing has a new tubular manifold I want to test out. The walls of the tubing is much thicker than any cxracing or ebay style manifold Ive ever seen. Much heavier duty. It comes as t3/t4 combo with the opening being t4 sized.
I have precision 6466 t3 exh housing. My concern, obviously the exh air is going to cause turbulence where it hits the flat surface of the turbine housing. Is this really a problem? I want a smooth transition from the manifold to the turbine housing. So only way I see doing this is by bevel porting the turbine housing, which will leave me with a somewhat thin leading edge on the turbine housing. So I am kind of torn on what to do.
