just wanted to move this over to the correct location, started my build about 3 months ago maybe 4. car was already supercharged when i got it, but it was not in good shape and a really bad paint job on the engine and everything else, glad they did not mess with the interior LOL, ive spent so many hours sand blasting and stripping paint off these parts its crazy, im shaving the valve cover and supercharger, doing lots of neat stuff with this car. and just to let everyone know before you start posting, i removed the body kit, it came on the car, did not like it so i bought replacement factory bumpers, no more side skirts either. so with that said here she is. from the start till now, when i bought this car i did not know anything about tuning it or what kinda tuning was available, i figured sense it was running already with the sc that it must have been tuned already, guy said it was running 18 psi which i found to be untrue, it was running between 8-10 psi. with no tune, no aftermarket fuel pump, no ems, nothing other then a supercharger, not even an intercooler, might be why i found a bent rod, but dont worry, thats all about to change. soon ill be running my sc and a turbo setup. really just going for the different factory, both will be running low boost. im a full time mechanic in charlotte nc. so i have the tools and a garage to do all my work in, i dont pay people to do anything so if you see something done in a pic i done it. thanks and i hope you guys like my ideas and how it looks.

pics of me pulling the motor, look how many colors it was LOL, i only pulled it because of the paint looking all nasty and i wanted to check the motor out before i put realy boost to it, was told it was built, but it was not, and you will see how and why i found that out in a bit.

this sc had so much paint on it it was nuts. took about 2 days to get it all cleaned up, i bet i got atleast 5 hrs maybe more into it in the two days, then i started shaving the numbers off the top, getting ready for paint.

i removed the engine harness and cut it down shorter so i can tuck the harness. now let me tell you what, thats a pain in the butt trying to fit that whole thing inside the car, i want to move the fuse box into the car also so i gotta tuck the driver side harness to, but heres some pics of before and after on the engine bay area, it was completely nasty, so i sand blasted, primered and painted it all

remember when i asked if you seen anything wrong with the pistons? go back and look again and you will notice the one all the way on the right in the pic is alittle lower then the far left piston, they should be at the same height, so i removed them and found that piston was bent on number 1 cylinder. heres the block all cleaned up and ready for rebuild and you can see the new flat black engine paint thats on it, no more green or blue LOL

Veeeery interesting. I like unique setups. I'd like to see the bracketry that supports the supercharger.
