I have a 420a 95 talon.Im getting ready to cut and solder the new sensor wires with the old ones. But my old wires are different colors and I am not sure which wire connects with which one.

I attached a photo for reference.

The orange, blue and grey are my new wires

yellow, green/black and white/blue are my old wires

Your new sensor should have come with which wires connect to what.
I can tell you what the old wires connect to which may help you.
yellow: The 8V positive supply line from PCM (aka ECU) pin 4.
green/black: Sensor ground the PCM pin 11
white/blue: Sensor line to PCM pin 25

I was able to figure it out orange goes with yellow, greenblack goes with blue and grey goes with white/blue

My car still doesn't start.. moving on to ecu........
