So i need to replace both my lower arms the strait ones.. I removed everything but now i cant remove it from the part thats pressured in... Any ideas on how to get this bad boy out

I went to Autozone and rented the tie rod separator. Line it up, give it a few good wacks and it will come loose. You get your money back when you return the tool.
 
Tie rod separator, or swing the arm around and hit it with a hammer (preferably something like a dead blow hammer). You're replacing that part anyway, so no need to be careful about it.
