Anybody know a show that will pass me for inspection without hooking up ODB2. I don't have any emissions stuff that its looking for. Also looking for a shop to weld up a 3" high flow catalytic converter so I can pass smog.
Willing to slip somebody some extra money on the side to get that sticker. Im in Missouri City but will travel around if I need to.
