This price is for the front only correct?

let say i already have a set of the CTS-V calipers am i able to purchase the following outside of the kit? Reason I ask is the ones i have are in okay condition and I might be better off getting the full kit. But i wanted to ask and see if i can buy the parts separate just in case.

    - Stainless Steel Braided conversion brake lines

    - Hub-centric rotor spacer to center the rotor on your DSM hub

They've made it clear in their other thread that they refuse to sell just the spacers. Brake lines I would assume isn't the case but considering the aforementioned..

Looks amazing behind the black wheel, I just drove another DSM with this kit and was amazed again with the stopping power absolutely amazing! Thank you for the picture, we might have to steal it for the website :)

Do you have hub-centricity issues with this setup? From what it looks like to me, the spacer takes away roughly 5mm of hub from the wheel center bore (assuming the supplied rotors have the same hat thickness as OE DSM rotors). I feel like this could easily allow the wheel to be mounted off-center. Or did you guys incorporate these needs into the design somehow?

I am curious as to how you suggest dealing with the ABS ring on a 1G without additional holes in the rotor for the two 10mm bolts that hold that ABS ring on...

That is a good suggestion, we will have to get a 1g with ABS in the shop and test this kit and see how it works, we have not came across this issue yet. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Oh and btw...If I had to do it over again, I think I would have purchased your kit as opposed to doing the Evo 8/9 swap. Your process has no bracket, no grinding calipers, more cost effective (though I have a used set of rear Brembos I will never use...anyone interested?) for what I believe is a very little size difference (slightly smaller rotor in your kit, right?).

Are these Brembo calipers smaller than the Brembo calipers on the Evo 8/9 piston wise and overall body size? I know that the Evo Brembo calipers have 40 to 44 mm pistons. And how many mm are these rotors compared to the Evo's? Just curious.

Im gonna selll my Baer brake 3 piece setup since I have an interest in these.

I do have a one question. I have tried search but wasn't able to find a good answer. Besides looking amazing compared to red... Evo brembos. Does the CTSV BBK offer any other performance benefits over the Evo ones?

No, no benefit. In fact they have a slightly smaller piston size compared to the Evo Brembos which is compensated by the slightly larger rotor diameter.

This is taken from one of the threads in the forum:
    "evo brembos (40/46mm)w/ 12.6" rotor = 5170 in-lbs
    cts-v/GXP G8 calipers (40/44mm) w/ 13" rotor = 5086 in-lbs"

Their benefit comes down to price... If you ever need to replace a caliper, they're $150 a piece from AC Delco themselves. That is cheaper than the ludicrous oem price for Evo Brembo replacements.

So serious question what affects if any does this have with brake bias and things like that with keeping the rear brakes stock? It's like 70-30 front to back if I'm not mistaken but by making the fronts bigger wouldn't it increase that ratio? Also as a side that's awesome they fit right up and the price isn't half bad either
