2G OBD2 still showing code i just repaired

Okay so I scaned my 97 420a n/a and it says I have an open injector curcuit on cylinder 3 and my check engine light is on due to it so it wont pass smog. However I replaced all of my fuel injectors, and she just had a tune up so im not quite sure whats up with her. Maybe a bad CPU? any thoughts?

Run a continuity and short test from injectors to ecu if it passes than its definitely the ecu.those ecus get very hot in the engine bay worse design ever.

Have you tried clearing the codes and then running it for a bit?

yea i've tried that a few times. the light will be off for about two seconds afterwards when first started then comes back on showing the same code on my scanner again
