Can you read codes with that bluetooth obd2 for 5 bucks if you get obd1 to obd2 adapter for mitsubishi? Car is 92 1g gs. On forums when I search mostly guys are converting obd1 to obd2...
 
No. You dont even need it for obd 1. A cheap analog voltmeter will do. It's a simple voltage sweep read like Morse code
