Need help with balance shafts

I live south of Dallas. I'm wondering if anyone would be able to come help a guy out and help me either eliminate and or fix the balance shaft / rear balance shaft bearing. I can pay whoever helps or buy some beer and cook out. Just don't really know what I'd be getting myself into so any help would be greatly appreciated.
