Maf adapter plate

I recently bought a cone k&n filter (RF-1019) it has the oval opening and can't seem to find where to buy the adapter from the maf to the filter.

I attached a picture of what the adapter plate looks like on the maf

Thats the exit side of the maf, the flange you want is this but its for the other side of your maf! IN side, it has a flat face and not like your pic, the coupler goes on there to your turbo.

No. The picture shown is the inlet side with an adapter plate attached which is whatbthe OP is seeking.
