2G Iginition timing question

I've read a few write ups and pretty much have the concept down pat, going to give it a got today. There is one part im confused on, it says you need to ground the CAS wire? yea I posted it but forgot to write that I found it .[DOUBLEPOST=1411344416][/DOUBLEPOST]well now I have a question, my car is a 95 that came with the CAS on the cam, will it have this plug? if not how would I then change the ignition timing
