Was it really necessary to reply to a 15 year old thread? L O LI just finished redoing my interior in my 97 and for the headliner material I purchased 1.5 yards from jo Ann’s it sells for 14.99 yard and if you download there app they have coupons I was able to use a 60% off one then purchased a can of headliner glue (can’t remember the brand but the can is orange for me it works better than the 3m brand) I had to remove the a arms sun visors all rear seat panels seat belts and rear headliner trim piece so as to not bend or break the foam board headliner was not hard at all I would suggest not spraying the entire board at once if a wrinkle gets in it you can’t push it out or anything I had to go back side cut the headliner board piece out from behind the wrinkle so the material could relax I know this was lengthy but I hope it helps
