Hello

I want build my new 6 bolt DSM around with 1000 Whp.
My question is can handle the oem Crankshaft this power?

At the moment my car had 900 whp with a oem Crankshaft.

Now i want used alurods and oem 6bolt crankshaft.

Thanks Thomas

Well for what its worth, I know AMS performance has made 1000hp 4G63T motors, while still using the stock crankshaft.
However you can have the crankshaft WPC treated for better strength, it also helps reduce friction on rotating components as well.

Well if you already have 900 whp I doubt that extra 100 will matter to much on the crank. However it is worth inspecting to see how well it's holding up before going any further. My car breaks a lot with a simple 14b at 18 psi, so I couldn't imagine what can go wrong with 1000whp.
