hey guys i was looking around today for some C16 to fill up with. i live on Whidbey island (only have 91 here) and i'm looking for the closest place to fill up with some better fuel be that E85, C16, 114 or 110 oct. leaded or unleaded i called a place in Bothell called thrashers corner and they had some good stuff. Posted below

This thread is for all of us northern Washington guys that would like some race gas or higher oct fuel but don't know where to find it! so if you know of a place with decent prices with anything higher then 92 oct please post the address. station name, and current price with the date hopefully this information will be useful to people in the near by area, i know that Seattle area and auburn have VP fuels but that is just too far to justify a tank fill on my DD...

please limit the area of these stations to no farther south then lynnwood, (can be within 10 miles south) no farther east then lake stevens, and north as far as mt vernon, but bellingham would also be acceptable cause i know there are plenty of DSMers up there. and even as far west as the peninsula (port townsend/port angeles areas)

ill start off
Thrashers Corner Shell Station
20702 Bothell Everett Highway Bothell, WA 98012
(425) 398-3774
they have 114oct or 110 OCT at the pump and is currently at 10 bucks a gallon + tax (blue fuel) date checked april 3rd 2012:thumb:

Last I remember FYI in the general area you just said there was going that far north, at least a couple E85 stations. It's about even with as much as fuel has gone up over the years, still less then half the cost of 110 most places... .

He is part of a list of most all that I know of keep in mine not all stations everyone can use Seatle E85

Always call first if in doubt... .

im mostly looking for pump gas with a high octane .. or racegas at a pump or somewhere to buy a barrel of it.. i dont plan to switch to E85 at all but i figure this information could be useful to others... i plan on doing a dual map with C16 for track days and 92oct for Daily driving (if the mix of leaded and unleaded wont hurt anything that is) otherwise ill try and find the highest octane unleaded fuel.

although if i could reach the station in oakharbors navy base i might switch LOL but i doubt im allowed there

Edit: nope not without an escort into the base.. damn LOL

Whatever floats your boat man... .

FYI if you missed this one

1401 172nd St NE
Marysville ,Wa

what do they have there? thats kind of what i was trying to make this thread about... obviously i could research and call places but i figure if anyone ALREADY has this information it would be good to post here the station, the current price, and what they offer.
there might be a local airport on whidbey that sells c16 for little Cessnas i have yet to check though

what do they have there?

The CFN Shell there sells E85 last I heard... .

I haven't kept up on what stations are open or prices for a long time but for reference here is a A thread from a while back for E85 in the PNW

ah i was unaware there was already a thread similar to this.. in that case lets keep this thread to race gas and high oct pump only. :)

I've been told there's a hi octane station smack dab in the middle of Everett, just north of 4th & Casino. Anyone know where it is? I haven't been able to find it...

i heard there is one at the base. they have E85 the only one by casino i think is a velero which i doubt would have good gas

Between 4th and Casino? On Evergreen? There's 2 Texaco's, a 711 (Citgo), and a Shell. 711 highest is 92, but haven't been to the Texaco's or Shell. I will actually drive by tonight and look. I work at Paine Field and have to go that way after work to a friends place.

Haha, we have high octane fuel here on air field. Looks like a BP station.

Oh yes Valaro down casino, nope 92 is highest.

There used to (or still is) a Mobile gas station right at the north part of Bothell Everett HWY like 2 block away from 132nd street. It had 100 something octane fuel a few years ago.

There is a 76 station by the Best Buy (196th and 28th Ave W) in Lynnwood that advertises 114 octane. I think it’s in 5 gallon cans though. Not sure just remember seeing it on their sign as I drove by.

now that i will try out! keep em comming guys if you drive past somewhere advertising high oct fuel or know a good local place that sells keep it up!

Call them for current prices as I haven't purchased from them since I moved to the eastside. I noticed at Thrasher's corner Shell their race gas just went up $2 a gallon! I think it is around $10.55/gallon now.

Harvey airfield for leaded in Snohomish.... 100 octane and low lead, cheap too. Just a thought
