1G Fiberglass fun 240 overfenders

So finally got some 240 over fenders and am in the process of making them fit. Have a good start going

Not going to get done overnight but its a start. Lowkey widebody here i come.

Had to extend the front a bit but got gas door hole filled. Should be block sanding both sides in. A few weekends.

Going to do the driver side next weekend.

Got front extended to door gap edge. Still have to get rear trimmed and a little reshaping and passenger side will be done. Bonds are solid as rock. Once its got some got some glaze on it and block sanded will look like it was made this way.

Still deciding how to actually fasten them dont really want to drill holes amd rivet the qtr panels. Probly use some fibeeglass seam bond from work we use on corvettes

Same here. I've pictured doing something like this on the 1g a long time ago but never had the means to do it (or the courage to drill into the body to fasten it together).

Thank you guys. I'm going to make them work one way or another. the rear where it meets the tail lights will be interesting. But in resin we trust even if it takes a bit I'll get them looking smooth. Have all winter now sadly.
