ECMlink Can't download patch for P1500 code (saturn alternator installed)

Hi all, for some reason I can't download the patch file for code P1500 ( I have installed Saturn alternator )https://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/direct_access_changes , this is the link that I'm trying to get the patch file from https://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/direct_access_changes what am I doing wrong?

Did you RIGHT CLICK on the link and then hit SAVE AS?

Did you put it in the right folder?

Did you go into direct access and find the satrun alternator setting in the file tree on the left and change the value to "0"?
