Started my project from last year. The car is different from DSM. I'm using Malaysia production car named Proton Satria, the same as Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg as they call in Japan.

This is the pictures to look at...

Send to my friend shop for the turbo manifold fabrication and welding... The manifold using S304 material.
The wastegate outlet is divided up the wastegate flange, that should help a little on spool although two wastegate is the best setup.

I would like to see what the car looks like too! Nice work so far!

Actually the car is waiting for the wiring work and body painting. All the the other stuff had been installed yesterday. The exhaust is 4" straight to the back bumper without muffler.

Patient is the key man, more picture will be posted soon.:p
Few more picture.

Very nice craftsmanship. Is is a AWD car?

its a 2wd car, but im not sure if jo1 has turned it into a 4wd

btw , the cars exterior looks somewhat like this, its a hatch

It actually a FWD car and still will be running on that platform, maybe if the traction is too lousy it will be converted to AWD.

Here, more pic to look at..

Nice setup! That is a sweet top mount manifold, nice craftsmanship:thumb:. Whats that car weigh?

very nice build. Love the manifold and turbo setup. What kind of EMS are you going to be running? And what is your goal HP or ¼mile time?

The weight will be around 900-1000kg.. will do the weighing after the car running. Still in the process of installing the wiring and EMS.

The car will be using Microtech 45psi 12,000rpm with X4 combine with MSD Dis 4. I know it lack in the features as compare to Motec or Autronic but it the simplest EMS to install and tune.:thumb:

Good work, keep it up!
I figured that 50lb turbo would have broke those tack welds when you were mocking it up, first thing I thought about. Street tires first to get blown off? What tires you plan on running in that west asiantype civic?(from mitsu)

For the start i intend to get around 600+ FWHP and do a shakedown run this 2nd. May.. The engine is the limitation right now since it only used on the shelf part source from extremepsi.com.:thumb: Let see how it hold up with the Vege-fuel..

I'm planning to install a wheelie bar to help the MT 26x10x15c on the traction department.

Sir that car is retarded...........RETARDEDLY AWESOME. When I saw that first picture of the turbo I was like sweet jesus haha. Can't wait to see what you can do with this car :).

It looks like Mitsu Colt to me/europian models/. I drove one of these last summer, bone stock-1.2L, 60 HP/crank/ and I was having a hard time with traction and keeping it on the road. I don't know how you plan this, even with a wheelie bar, I honestly doubt it. Good luck...

Looks like one of those oldschool rally cars, I would suggest getting one of those optima's and put it right behind the bumper. That lead acid tank battery is gonna die quick in there where its at.

Wow, looks great! Very nice job on the top mount! Can't wait to see some completed pics/vids.
