Ok so what can cause my bov to open while accelerating? I know it shouldn't open unless let off throttle.

Its a 1g bov all hard ic pipes. 16g turbo.

Seems like the spring is weak, have you tested it to see when it starts to open as you may need a new bov

I second that. Sounds like you need a new blow off valve. You could be over running it or its just old.

You could "crush" it. Increase the spring preload to help it stay shut.

I was actually going to try that. Or buy the NGR type greddy rep one.

It opens after 3500 rpms or after a few lbs of boost.

How is your vacuum line routed to the bov?

Yes. Straight to the intake. I've replacedthe line as well with new. Still does it.

I assume you mean intake manifold. If that's the case, then yes it would seem the spring is weak.
