Ok so again im a newb at this. Am definitely trying to do everything myself. But i need to get the basics or small upgrades to get back to square one. Here is a small list of issues that i definitely have:

I lost the vacuum hose from throttle body to bov outlet. So i either need an upgraded idea or a place to get a new hose for that. Also attached onto that is a hose that runs off into the header port.

I need an over view of where some of the hoses and wires run properly and ive been all over the web looking for diagrams i can understand. But for the most part they are all connected unless missing something.

I do have an issue where it wont start or even turn over just to hear it, brand new starter and battery (optima) so not 100% on where to go next to that.

Also my clutch literally either hits the floor or stands straight out.

Would love to have hands on experience but obviously that isnt always possible.

I highly recommend you create DSM profile and list all of you existing mods if you have any. It will help people assist you in the best answers possible.

In regards to the BOV line, Im not sure if your stock or modified but this thread is about deleting emissions and it has a really great hose diagram and if you want to delete some components as well, the info is all in here. http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/emissions-delete.415963/

Also welcome to the DSMtuners forums. The rules are very strict here, but for good reason. Everything is to the point and it makes it very effective in finding answers and getting the help you need.

Awesome I will definitely be reading that. As far as mods go this car was bone stock except the kid had a stereo and subs in it. I did a swap with another stock motor just lost parts and trying to get it running right before modding. But I know modding is going to come into play because most stock parts cannot be found.

Definitely trying to keep this feed active. Fresh answers are some times better than old ones. But reading the emissions and such article doesn't really explain things just personal preference. I'm not trying to remove 1000 things just so something can go wrong. I'd like to keep it basic. Doesn't need to be a 10 second car I just want the power when I need it

Most of your original post is confusing. throttle body doesn't go to bov outlet. Hose that runs to header port????? What is that?

Awesome this is what I need. Like I said I've been mislead so many times and am confused. I know I'm missing the hose off the throttle body and the little one that taps the external port on the header. What can I do besides try and find a stock hose?

definitely noting that. just like i said had alot of bad experiences with mechanics and stuff.. just try to guide me best as possible. pictures are always to big to post here..

So scale them down. Bov has two lines. Small vac line goes directly to the intake manifold. Big hose on the outlet goes back to the intake pipe pre turbo.

[/IMG] tried scaling down cut and cropped to make it just the image just keeps saying to big.

should post this time. this is the small hose i was referring to.

The first image you posted is supposed to have a line that goes to the intake pipe/tube (pre turbo)
Not sure what the second pic is showing besides a missing throttle body pipe/tube from the elbow.

You intercooler pipe is missing. That is not the bov pipe. Its a piece of rubber pipe that connects those two ends. You can replace the whole pipe from the intercooler to throttle body. If you want a stocker im sure it will be easy to find as that is a frequently upgraded piece.

i did buy silicon pipes to get rid of the nasty old black ones but i was going to go Aftermarket Intercooler anyway..
