auto tranny fluid in air intake

[new to eclipse]

I bought this eclipse and am swapping motors due to knock . While taking it out, tranny fluid started running out of my cold air intake tube.

What's up with this? Any info appreciated

Does it have a K&N filter? If so when you clean them with their recharge kit, it has a red cleaner spray. If too much was used it will leak down in the tube and everywhere with a red tint color fluid.

The filter is new and never cleaned, there only 50 miles on the that filter.

There is tranny fluid stuck in all the rubber boots and the bend coming off the throttle body. ..
