We've been over this already. You have a 1G block so you are short (1x) coolant feed port with the rest of the components (water pipe, thermostat housing) being from a 2G.

The port to the top of the turbo is the oil feed port and will come from either the passenger side of the head or the oil filter housing. The port to the bottom of the turbo is the oil drain that will go to the oil pan. Leave these alone.

The coolant ports are on the radiator side and block side of the turbo. If you want to run coolant to your turbo, you need a feed and you need a return. The return is on the block side of the turbo and goes to the water pipe. The feed could be a T in the #5 hose as previously mentioned.

If you do not want to run coolant to your turbo, find a way to close the port on the water pipe that the #15 hose connects.

Ok thank you im going to put a t in it and see how that goes

I got it all connected and got her running first try but sadly had to turn it off rite away due to a leek on the oil in feed on top of the turbo the bolt threaded in fine but the oil comes out threw the flared fitting

Make sure you installed the crush washers along with the bandjo fitting feeding oil to the turbo. One goes on top of the bolt and one goes on the bottom of the bolt and you'll be golden
Do i have the rong hose?

There are different lines with different ends from different manufacturers. You don't necessarily have the wrong line, but you need to determine why it leaks and what to do about it. As you can see, the line you have does not utilize a banjo fitting or crush washers as @10's or bust suggests.

It is a 20g godspeed turbo. The bolt fits its just that the flared hose can be pushed down alowing oil to flow the

My hoses #5 is a oil hose what other hoses are coolant i can t into ?

The #5 hose should connect to "B" on your thermostat housing. There should not be oil there.

Hose B runs to your oil filter housing, but to the oil cooler. Assuming all 2G equipment, again, your oil filter housing has a water-cooled oil cooler attached to it. Nothing on your thermostat housing should have oil in it. Hose B connects to the line outlined in red below. The coolant return from the water-cooler is the hose and bung marked in green:
