had a few questions on my current build beings all my friends are on the nuts of euro ! ! !
Wanting to run a 20G on my 97 Gsx and plan on buying some supporting mods with it .
the internals are all stock !

Current mods are:
Greddy BOV
Megan 3 inch
6 puck clutch

Mods I plan on buying
750cc or bigger injectors
Dsmlink v3 full with SD
some kind of 02 housing
evo manifold
20g
and head studs if needed , not sure if theyre needed !

Goal is 400hp .
Just wondering if im on the right track .
Thanks !

Made 400tq 419whp on the stock block with room to go but ran out of fuel on 1150cc injectors, E85 20g. I would do headstuds as the 2g may be a little weaker.
I'm wanting to stay on 93 pump and avoid E85 if possible. Are these numbers a reality without E85 ?

They are however it is a lot safer on E85. Especially if you are going to be doing the tuning yourself. If not, I would give it to a reputable shop to do some pump tunes on 93. Headstuds are a MUST, some ARP headstuds to be exact. I would also look into an external wastegate setup. Off the manifold would work or a recirculated one off the 02 housing. The 20g is a great turbo, make sure you get all the maintenance done like the timing belt, gaskets, etc.

All the maintenance has been done by a reputable guy I got the car from . He is also doing the tune for me , or fathouse fabs in Indiana. Just hoping I'm on the right track as far as the mods and the 20g . And hope for the number I'm looking for. Or something reliably close to those !
