went to the trans shop yesterday, its a grand total of $3,000 for everything, brand new trans, flywheel, clutch set, drive line, axles and installation, basically a whole new drive train... good thing my boss knew the guy or it would of been alot more expensive...

Yea but honestly I don't know shit about trannys and I didn't even want to mess with it... I wanted to order parts while somebody else is having a headache fixing everything wrong with the car, then when I get it back, bolt everything up, do my maintenance on it, and drive it :)
 
What 16g is this? And is it a good upgrade from the t25?
i also just bought a MAP 2.5" o2 housing, 3" extreme psi downpipe, 3" megan racing catback, 500 hp fuel system, all my gauges, evo 8 enkei rims (17") with 4 nitto NT01 competetion tires, i still need DSMlink, a cold air intake, an intake manifold, throttle body.. any suggestions? suggestions on any other parts? i just want 400 awhp for now, ill get 500 when i upgrade the turbo and fuel system later on.

Just a heads up on your tubro drain fitting, i believe thats the one for the oil pan not the turbo. The turbo drain goes straight down and then goes to the curve.
 
Thats a small 16g not an evo III. The smallest of the 16gs, flows a bit more then a 14b.

Also the guy above is correct. That goes on the oil pan going up. Your turbo wouldnt last long with a drain like that
 
Started getting my parts in, still waiting on alot though.. I have to send the intake back since its an evo intake and get another one, any ideas on a good intake for a small 16g? Still waiting on my o2 housing, downpipe, exhaust, all my gauges, 750cc injectors, 255lph hp fuel pump and all my ss fuel lines.. might be forgetting other stuff.. what kind of hp do you guys think ill be making on this set up with a good tune and running like 18 psi? How much psi will like stock 7 bolt handle with a good tune?

anybody got an idea on where to get an turbo oil drain fitting? im having problems with finding one for my 16g. its brand new and is a different size. it believe its a 3/8 fitting now. any suggestions?

Thanks guys!!! Its gonna be gone for a couple days, they didnt put the starter shim plate back in.. but when it gets back, time to put my dsmlink and 16g on!!! (And a bunch of other stuff)..
 
Ok, fixed my oil filter housing leak, installing my 16g at the moment (ebay) and my MAP 2.5" o2 housing at the same time.. once this is all in, we are gonna install sd bundle, my afpr and wideband and tune it, and ill be done upgrading for awhile.. gonna focus on weight reduction and cleaning the car up a little (cosmetics and stuff).. really wanna clean all the grease and oil out of my engine bay..

Also just bought a 1996 gst spyder shell.. paid $50 for it, gonna part it out to fund the rest of the gsx project LOL. Came with all harnesses, ecu and some other goodies :D

Looks good man! I also had a leak at the OFH. Turns out it was from the T I put in for the after market oil pressure gauge. Left it disconnected for now until I figure out a better way.

Love the white!!

Thanks bro, i just installed the 16g and started her up, and it was leaking from the oil feed line on top..

On top of the turbo? Haha, I had that exact same problem when I installed my FP Red. Is it a banjo fitting? If it is, you need to get a copper crush washer and it will seal it right up!
