Like they said above, lower the tension on the WG arm. You should be able to boost from about 16-25psi with the internal gate setup.

We try out hardest to treat customers right. We mess up every once and awhile, but we pride ourselves in fixing our mistakes.

There are several other turbos that can work well. A non-ball bearing gt40 setup can make awesome power, spool great, and cost $500-600 less.

Yes, you have to sit and wait as the heater wires in it actually warm it up to operating temp. If you start the car before then, you damage it.

You want the 3rd gear, 4th gear, and the hub slider assembly. Get the matching shiftrails to make it work. You need the 5th/reverse rail also. I put mine back together using the stock one and didn't have 5th or reverse.

The steel forks only fit the "small hub" style trannys. 90-91 basically. You can convert yours if you wanted to use the small hub 3/4. The 1/2 should be the one that fit, and the 3/4 was too small to fit over the slider.I upgraded it all while I was in there putting the steel forks in.

I havent seen any bugs yet that didn't take 3 seconds to correct. Just read the forum, go in and correct any known issues, and start it up.
