Thanks I'm aware of the proper contact/shim @UrbanSmoker posted the instructions on the Magnus billet cover, thread.

I'm trying to figure it out, how this goes in? Did I miss some part? I bought this, of a second hand unused and it came just the cover and new bolts :/ the bearing have a big gap is that ok?
No! they didn't match after 5 turns, rear was at 12 O'clock & front 2 O'clock. Anyway I changed the 64 teeth crownwheel, I just need now put back all together etc, thank you
Well the car drives normally, maybe the EVO gearbox have a DSM front diff already :/ is there a way to know, like spining the wheels x turns, without removing/opening the gearbox ?
But what if my center is welded?(I have EVO gearbox)
I tought, to swap an auto rear diff ring, to make the rear 3.90 instead of change the front differential.Auto is 43/13 ...Std is 39/11, so if I use the 43ring w/11pinion it should be 3.90 right?
Why DSM needs a matching Front Differential w/ the rear Differential? I've read you "can't" use a EVO 1-3 gearbox with DSM 3.54 diff or auto 3.30, neither a DSM gearbox with a EVO 3.90 rear :confused:Could someone put a link to a thread with info please
You'll need to swap the pedals also, since your transnission is cable and all DSM are hydraulic. As for the engine you don't need to change fuel rail or throttle body, save that money.
Was a PITA to repair the whole driveshaft and the lobro was messy as hell. But finally I got almost a new driveshaft. I've changed the ujoints and carrier bearings as well.
Thank to all :)
You can use Lancer (4G69 or 4B11) coils without problems, and so suzuki baleno, honda civic 1.7, etc but YES you must adjust the dwell setting.
About connection
signal from coil #1 #4 goes to pin 10
signal from coil #2 #3 goes to pin 23
ground obvious
12 v to leg 87 of a relay
My car is extremely hard to push, on flat land and you can forget about pushing it on a slight incline :/ Wasn't like that before the center weld job, brakes are free so isn't a caliper. I've heard that is normal after a center diff. weld mod ???
since i did the engine, it have like 30hrs of use. The other engine/setup had almost the same parts except for the 3g lifters and cams and didn't make that anoying sound.
So after i turn off the engine or simply turn it at the damper with a wrench, i have a weird tick noise coming from the head:hmm: Engine is new, gsc s2 cams, gsc springs and revised lifters. The engine doesn't makes the typical tick noise while running.
Got a question, I have a 1G engine (sensors etc) but with a 2G Ecu flashed. The car doesn't want to start, do the coil order should be changed? The guy in charge of the tuning etc says i should change it from 3214 to 1423 but didn't do anything.
