Are the neon motors suppose to say 420a on them? Cause mine doesn't. Since I don't know what year it came out of that is why I'm asking about it. And it's a 2.0.

I'm pretty sure that as far as the vaccum lines go, the NT throttle bodies are the same as the turbo TB's of the same year. Just so you know, I did this on my 2gen and I had to use a huge upper IC pipe as the TB to make everything fit. You will definatly want to reduce the size down.

If your coil and transistor are new (and tested good) and the ECU was tested good in another car then you need to ohm the wires going from the ecu to the transistor. Check the transistor to make sure it's getting a signal to fire each coil (ecu to transistor) and then it needs to send the...

On my 90 TSI I just swapped the ECU with one from a 93 TSI cause a cap burnt on the 90 ECU. After I installed the 93 ecu the tach will go down when I'm accelerating then it levels off when I take my foot off the gas. Before with original 90 ecu the tach would jump around (about 100-200rpm) at...

On my 90 TSI with a 2600lbs ACT I left it setting for over 6 months cause it has engine problems. I went out to drive the car into my garage and it won't go into any gears with the engine running. If I turn the engine off I can shift through all the gears without a problem. I tried bleeding...

Does that mean the pistons in the turbo PT Cruiser has the right dimensions to use in our 2.4L?

I'm don't think they are interchangeable. 6 bolt pans buldge out at the front of the motor, 7 bolts are dented in. That's an easy way to tell if a motor is a 6 bolt or 7 bolt with the engine still in the car.

I know they aren't forged, that's why I want them, they are 1/3 the price. Do you know anyone that sells them?

So does anyone know if you can get stock 4g63T pistons in a .060 overbore? That would reduce the cost of building a 4g64 and they will work fine.

Has anyone found a set of stock 2g or Evo pistons with a .060 overbore? Not much. It's better to go .040 over max.
