I just replaced the oil cooler (sandwich plate) because the seal blew and it was pushing oil and pressure in to my cooling system and blowing hoses.I know for a fact it is full, i just filled it. Where is the sensor located?

I had before replaced both my master and slave and still had trouble, turns out the hard line going to the slave, the little weird bolt that makes a bell shape at the end and self seals, well the bell part cracked and was leaking, so I had to get a new line and bypass the dampener to install it.

Higher compression pistons will give you better off boost performance, but you wont be able to run as much boost with out knocking.

Are you sure its the BOV you hear and not turbo spool?

Not worth it IMO. To much hassle and too many questions. How much pressure can it hold? Is it thick enough? Will it fit? How much for custom fitment and piping?Much better off with a known good intercooler kit you know will fit for not much money off ebay.

If the BOV is making noise at all times, it means its open when its not supposed to be. If its open when its not supposed to be, thats a Huge boost leak right there. Make sure its hooked up right, if it is, its probably bad.It should only open when the throttle plate closes quickly.
