I personally used a carbide bit with an air powered rotary tool, took me about 1 hour to get in the general shape and another 1/2 hour to get it to perfectly fit the gasket.

I would love to know too. I've been fighting with my SD tune for like 1 week or so already and every other day it changes up. Not to mention the temperature in the area I am in keeps fluctuating.
My initial thought was to do a billet 20g wheel on a td05h just for break-inJus I still never used that HX40 Pro you rebuilt for me lol.However I do want to try the above setup (20g TD05H) just to see if I would use it in my DD fwd.

I wet sand with 1500, then to 2000. Buff it with rubbing compound, then spray can urethane clear on it. Thats the easiest and best method I have used and it only takes like an hour if I am taking my time.
