    Seems like you have a restrictor built into the banjo bolt. As far as the gaket how does it line up with the turbo and housing, was the old one just to small or is the new one to big, just port it to match if need be.

    Spark plugs and the stock wires are notorious for causing this problem. Change your wires with your plugs. If you had any carbon tracking on your old plugs and you swap in new plugs they will quickly fail due to your wires change them both.
