Rebuild the turbo and deck the block! You have to deck the block when you use metal head gaskets. Both the head and the block have to be perfect so you wont have any leaks! That could be your problem!.:(

Try your EGR valve it could getting stuck open and creating a huge vacum leak! They usually get full with carbon crap and don't seat properly. All you need is a vacuum pump and it should make the engine stumble when you apply vacuum and it should idle smooth when it has no vacuum. Try it!:thumb:
