If you can't find a replacement, you can do this. The same thing happened to me in my gsx. I just got a bolt, 4 washers to space it out, and a locknut. I've been driving with it for 2 years like that. Hope this helps

If you have the time. soak it in pb blaster, like said above, but let it sit over night. The next day it should break loose with barely any effort.
