    I agree, change to BR7ES and gap them lower. I typically run anywhere from 0.019-0.025 depending on the amount of boost.Glad to hear your problem may be solved.

    Depends if there is other cracks along with the missing pieces. If that was the only thing that happened, Id still run it, but be gentle with it. Do weekly compression checks etc. Now if you want to push power through it...I would recommend replacing.

    That center bolt holds the timing sprocket on the crank. It does not hold on the pulley. Lightly hit the pulley 180 degs apart and work it off. Worst case, get a puller. Using a puller could break off portions of the backside of they pulley though. (Know from xp)

    This was my same setup. Granted it was only on a td-05 20g. Higher airflows could do that at 30+. Good to know.
